Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine which originated in China some 5000 years ago. It is a system of healing that views health as the balanced flow of an individual's 'life energy', or Qi. Acupuncturists help move Qi along pathways, called meridians, which connect various organs and systems within the body. Traditional acupuncture relies on the insertion of very fine, sterile needles at specific points. Top

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy draws on the therapeutic properties of aromatic plant extracts, called essential oils, to bring about physiological and psychological benefits. Essential oils, extracted from plant sources contain an array of therapeutic properties, including muscle relaxants, digestive tonics, and circulatory stimulants. Top

AyurvedaAyurveda
The concept of Ayurveda is not just a medical treatment or diagnosis of a diseased condition but much more than that. Ayurveda is having a set of practical, simple guidelines for long life and good health, with the regular practice of these guiding principles you can bring your body and mind to perfect balance. According to Ayurveda the human body is composed of four basic fundamentals Dosha(Three humors), Dhathu( seven basic tissues), Mala (Waste products of metabolism) and Agni (Digestive fire). One who is having equilibrium of Dosha (Vata, pitta and Kapha),Agni (digestive fire or metabolic activity), Dhatu (Seven basic tissues), Mala (waste products) and pleasant Atma (consciousness) , Indriya( Sense organs) and Manas ( Mind) is considered to be a healthy person. Disturbances of this equilibrium causes diseases. The three vital principles of Doshas are Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which together regulate and control the catabolic and anabolic metabolism. The main function of these three Doshas is to carry the byproduct of digestive food throughout the body, which helps in nourishing up the body tissues. Any malfunction in these Doshas causes disease. Cranio Sacral Therapy
Cranio Sacral Therapy helps resolve the trapped forces that underlie patterns of disease and fragmentation in both body and mind. This involves the practitioner "listening through the hands" to the body's subtle rhythms and any patterns of inertia or congestion. Through the development of subtle skills the practitioner can read the story of the body, identify places where issues are held and then follow the natural priorities for healing. Cupping - Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique that is utilized by many TCM practitioners. The technique is said to influence the flow of both Qi and Blood throughout the body and or meridians. Cupping's long history of use in acupuncture practice has been well noted, however, it can be seen as a therapy in its own right, and there are also variations adopted in other countries such as Greece, France, Italy, Turkey, and regions such as Eastern Europe and South America. Natural Fertility involves a Naturopathic assessment. Treatment may include herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, tissue salts, flower remedies. Other therapies to consider are acupuncture and kinesiology. Kinesiology, Cranio- Sacral Therapy and counseling are particularly helpful where there are difficulties with conceiving or there is a history of traumatic birth or pregnancy, sexual abuse issues or prolonged attempts at becoming pregnant. Naturopathy - is a system of natural health that uses natural substances to treat the patient. Tui Na - Tui Na (t?i ná) literally translates to "push pull", dates back to over 1700 years ago. It is a form of acupressure, massage, and bodywork that uses many manipulative therapy that is applied to acupressure points, channels and muscle groups. Tui Na incorporates techniques that are similar to Western and Asian massage, chiropractic, osteopathic, and western physical therapy. Tui Na uses a variety of hand techniques and passive and active stretching to restore correct anatomical musculo-skeletal relationships, neuromuscular patterns, and to increase the circulation of Qi and Blood to remove biochemical irritants.
